AAC Block are made of fly ash as main raw material, cement, lime & aluminum powder. Gypsum acts as a long term strength gainer. The plant is able to make extreme light weight and large variety of sizes blocks and has excellent thermal insulation nature. AAC blocks have a more accurate dimension and better comprehensive strength as compared to concrete block or Clay brick building. We can provide plant layout, equipments installation, personal training, etc.
AAC blocks are about 50% lighter than clay bricks of equivalent size. This translates into less dead weight of a building and allows entire structure to be lighter therefore reducing amount of steel and concrete used in structural components like beams, columns and roof/floor slabs.
AAC blocks do not lose strength or deteriorate over time. Buildings constructed with AAC blocks do not require routine repairs that are required for buildings using clay bricks.
Sound Insulation :
Sound absorption properties of AAC makes it ideal material for reducing ambient noise. AAC blocks are well-suited for establishments like hospitals and offices situated in noisy areas.
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block is well known as an environmentally friendly construction material. Generates no pollutants / hazardous wastes.
Just like with regular concrete, ACC is fire resistant. This material is completely inorganic and not combustible.
